Here's something you don't find to often these days, free training from Virtualization Experts surrounding the backup and recovery of VMware and Hyper-V environments. The training is targeted at IT admins & IT support individuals who are getting started or interested in learning more about the the backup and recovery capabilities within the virtualization arena.
Veeam have created the Academy and yet the training is product neutral so no attempts to brainwash you into buying Veeam Backup & Replication. At this point in time there are 8 detailed videos presented by the current team of Backup Academy Professors:

Each training video is approximately 30 minutes and contains all the required information to pass the Backup Academy exam. The exam contains 30+ questions and checks your competency on the backup and recovery of virtual machines.
